The savage speedometer is mounted in the gas tank, as a form of style. This also makes it hard to watch, in speed zone traps. I actually would prefer it to be mounted up on top of the fork and that a larger gas tank (one gallon more) would replace the existing tank!
My question is whether there is a trip indicator and of course a set knob on any other tank mounted speedometers (Harley or what ever)? Does any one have an answer for me??
